Congratulate

Congratulate

con-grat-u-late verb
To express vicarious pleasure (in other words, say really nice things) to someone when something special happens, or when they’ve done something that makes them very, very happy, grateful or proud.

I said to a customer, who was buying 6 Wild Heart cards at one time, that I love how these cards are written for the way we speak to one another. He replied that they were written for the way we should speak to one another, but don’t! Very true!
